Silent Auction in Support of the Canadian Literature 50th Anniversary Tuition Awards
Everyone is invited to bid on the works of art listed below—the auction is open to all. Here is how the auction will proceed:
- The artworks will be on display at Sage Bistro immediately following Thomas King's talk at the Museum of Anthropology on Thursday, October 1.
- The auction will begin at 8:15pm.
- Each work will be accompanied by a bid sheet containing the name of the artist, the title and date of the work, and its reserve price.
- The bid sheet will also contain spaces for recording your bid, name and phone number. You may bid as many times as you like.
- At 9:30pm sharp the auction will stop and the bid sheets be collected. Winning bidders may pay for their works by VISA, Mastercard, or cheque, and then take them home.
